Delivery of orders

Orders are delivered in Almaty, the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to other countries, if the delivery service has such an opportunity.

In Almaty, delivery is carried out via Yandex Delivery. The cost is calculated according to the current service tariff and agreed with the buyer.

In Kazakhstan and other countries, orders are sent via Kazpost.

When ordering for an amount of 26,000 ₸ or more, delivery by Kazpost in Kazakhstan is provided free of charge.

For orders of less than 26,000 ₸, the shipping cost is calculated separately and notified to the buyer after placing the order.

The cost of international delivery is calculated separately depending on the country, the weight of the order and the Kazpost tariff.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

After shipping, the buyer is provided with a tracking number, if it is provided by the selected delivery service.
